Faith · Family · Friends · Fitness · Finance
Most people are winning in two of them and quietly losing in the rest. F5 is a way to see all five at once, name the one that is costing you the most, and do something about it this week.
Free. Twenty five questions, about three minutes. No sign up.
Build your life on the Rock.
The foundation is a decision, not a mood.
Live with no limits.
Refuse the ceiling you were handed.
Finish the race well.
Starting is common. Finishing is the whole point.
Why five
You fail in one, for a long time, while the others cover for it. The business grows and the marriage thins out. The body holds up until it does not. The money arrives and the friendships that would have told you the truth are three years cold.
Nobody is short of advice. What most people are short of is a way to look at the whole structure at once and see which wall is actually taking the load.
That is all F5 is. Five names, so you can see the whole thing.
The system
Pillar 01
When faith is the floor, pressure stops deciding who you are.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:5-6
Pillar 02
When family is strong, home stops being the place you recover from the day.
As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
Joshua 24:15
Pillar 03
When your circle is right, you stop having to be your own only counsel.
Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens his friend’s countenance.
Proverbs 27:17
Pillar 04
When the body is trained, discipline stops being a mood and becomes a default.
Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life.
Proverbs 4:23
Pillar 05
When money is under authority, it funds the mission instead of running it.
There is precious treasure and oil in the dwelling of the wise, but a foolish man swallows it up.
Proverbs 21:20
The creed
The goal of F5 is not simply to teach new ideas, it is to shape a new way of living. As these words become part of your vocabulary, my prayer is that they become part of your character. Because when our language begins to change, our thinking changes. When our thinking changes, our decisions change. And when our decisions change, our lives begin to reflect the image of Christ more clearly.
Billy Colucci
It starts with the words you accept about yourself.
Words repeated long enough become the way you think.
How you think is what you choose when it is costly.
Choices stacked over years become a life that reflects Christ more clearly.

Twenty five honest questions. You get a score out of one hundred for each of the five, a read on which one is under real strain, and a short plan for the next ninety days aimed at that one area rather than at all of them.
Sample result
Friends is the weak wall here. Not the one this person would have guessed, and the one the other four are quietly paying for.
Every day
Proverbs has thirty one chapters. The month has thirty one days. Read the chapter that matches the date and you finish the book of wisdom twelve times a year without ever needing a plan.
Each day comes with the full chapter, a key verse, two questions worth sitting with, and one thing to actually do before the day ends.
Read today’s chapterProverbs 1
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but the foolish despise wisdom and instruction.
Proverbs 1:7 · WEBBE
The chapter opens the whole book by naming the starting point. Not intelligence, not experience. Reverence.
Today’s rep
Name one decision you are currently carrying alone, and pray over it before you act.
Who this is for
You are responsible for other people’s livelihoods. The pressure is real and it does not turn off at six. F5 gives you a way to check the whole structure instead of only the part that is on fire.
From the outside it looks like it is working. At home it does not feel that way. This is the most common shape of the problem and it is not solved by working harder.
Five words that a whole room can hold at once, and a shared language for the conversations that usually never get started.
Nobody rebuilds five at once. Find the weakest one, give it ninety days, and let the other four stop paying for it.
